• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
  • Required language: English, Malay & Mandarin.
  • Possess computer literacy such as MS Office and Excel etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has strong sense of urgency and able to delivery assigned task under tight deadlines.


  • Assisting walk-in customers.
  • To handle telephone calls, respond to general inquiries from the public, taking messages and welcome visitors promptly and professionally.
  • Manning the reception area and good housekeeping.
  • Maintain office equipment and office supplies.
  • To assist in administrative work such as data entry, photocopying, filling documents, ordering stationeries and sundries.
  • To carry out such duties as the Company may from time to time.
